Carbon report<\/h3>\n

In 2025, we completed the first Firm-wide inventory of greenhouse gas (GHG) for our global operations with the support of independent external consultants, in accordance with the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1 global standards.<\/p>\n

This initiative builds on the work initiated by our EMEA operations (AXON, Cherry, Hanover, and Madano), which have been tracking their carbon footprint since 2022.<\/p>\n

Our inventory includes all AVENIR GLOBAL offices and business units worldwide, and emissions were calculated using standard emission factors consistent with the GHG Protocol.<\/p>\n

As this was our first global GHG inventory, improving data completeness and accuracy will be a priority in the coming years. Because all of our offices are leased, access to Scope 1 and Scope 2 data depends on collaboration with landlords and building managers. Several Scope 3 categories\u2014such as purchased goods and services and business travel\u2014were estimated using spend-based methodologies. In 2026, we will continue strengthening our data collection processes to support more granular reporting across our operations.<\/p>\n

Reduction targets<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Using 2024 as our baseline, we have set near-term targets to achieve a 42% reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and a 25% reduction of Scope 3 emissions by 2034. These targets reflect our intention to make measurable, science-based progress in the coming decade.<\/p>\n
